    When it's done? Charging for it would imply some kind of support as well, not really practical and I doubt it would have any effect on when the release happens.

    cahva, we demonstrated MorphOS for the Classic Amigas a few weeks ago in Poland and will probably release it before the end of the year. It is almost ready and it will be free.

    Last time i asked this to MOS team it was told me it is really hard that MOS for PowerUP will ever see the light. Also because all the developers now has a Peggy.
    I will be happy to be contradicted by facts.

    @Golem:

    AFAIK It's done but won't be out until someone pays the development. Charging some money would be a way to at least have it available :-/

    I think it would be a good idea to release MOS to classic ppc, and get some of those remaining developers to have something new to try and develope for.

    Even without special support and with a note included "NOT guaranteed to work with 100% reliability"

    I'd like to see it happen, I'd even buy a stack to resell.

    thats weird, i used to have a really old release of Mos running on my cyberstormPPC...

    don't ask me for it, all my data went in the big system crash March '04

    since then i've been really really wanting a Mos release for my "ancient" hardware ;) but not able to find one. :(
