Yes, Andres is correct here. Freescale IS Motorola Semiconductor. They would be privy to all information abot past and present production.
And they've clearly stated that the MC68060FE133 designation is false.
Further, in a later response the same technical support agent reaffirmed that the highest clocjked 68060s run at 75Mhz.
