Freescale m68k and RoHS isn't odd at all. It's *Motorola* m68k and RoHS that's odd, as Motorola spun off Freescale in 2004 and RoHS came only in 2006.

If that's the (alleged) year of production it's in line with the RoHS claim, but not with the mention of 'MOT'.
