Indeed. I wonder how many accounts one is allowed to have on amigaworld.net. One for each "new" role, I guess ;-)

Perhaps after "Vultures to Vampires" volumes 1 and 2 are released, an addendum of equal length will clarify some points. (evil grin)

    Almost forgot...
the content of this shall be very enlightening

"Plaintiffs move the Court to allow the parties thirty (30) days within which to depose Evert Carton, Hyperion’s former director and the person who negotiated the parties’ Settlement Agreement on Hyperion’s behalf, who recently came forward with potentially admissible and highly relevant evidence."

    Let the fun intensify :-)

    Update:

    > the reference [239] does not contain anything about the statement made. […]
    > I'm referring to […] "lawsuit [...] funded [239] by [...] Robert Trevor Dickinson"

"I did not fund Hyperion in the lawsuit against Amiga Inc in 2007. I did provide a little money to help pay the for the Hyperion developers and funded my own developer donation scheme to supply hardware to key OS4 developers. Anyone who is suggesting otherwise is twisting the facts to suit their own agenda, whatever that is. Based on his recent deposition, it appears that Evert Carton provided most of the funds for the defence (100k euro) and I'm sure Hermans would have provided some too? […] I provided additional funding to Hyperion in 2010, long after the lawsuit was settled, to assist the X1000 development effort."
