There is still the matter of whether Hyperion remains a business (company) in the eyes of the National Bank of Belgium. In that vein, discussing loans from contractors is probably not in their best interest.
I have yet to see the court comment on this issue that the court expected to be addressed by end of June, 2019. Until they do, it is also not easy to verify the story of a bankruptcy hearing scheduled for September, 2019.
