AInc not pay, so in exchange Hyperion get rights to Amiga Os.
AInc may use and sell Amiga os as long as gui is not presented, and for games only.
Cloanto may sell and use Amiga Os only for emulation.
Anybody who buy any rights from AInc must respect Hyperion rigths to Amiga Os.
