Confirmed by Trevor Dickinson:
"We pre-paid for 1,000 P1022 CPUs [...] in preparation for the first commercial production of motherboards which we anticipated would take place in late 2015/early 2016. [...] We have all the CPUs in-hand [...]. [...] we ordered and pre-paid for all the long lead time items including 1000 Freescale P1022 CPUs so we would have the key components available once we started the full manufacturing run.
