From the 2026 Settlement Agreement:

"AmigaOS 3.1, including [...] but not limited to AmigaOS 3.1.3 [...]" (p. 2)
"Promptly deliver or cause the delivery to Amiga of all source code for AmigaOS 3.1, 3.1.3 [...]" (p. 4)

What's with that "3.1.3" again (#882)?

From the follow-up amiga-news.de news item:

"AmigaOS 4 is no longer tied to the PowerPC."

This statement is misleading as already the 2009 Settlement Agreement contained no restriction to any processor architecture for OS4 and newer. This had helped Hyperion argue that OS3.1.4 (m68k) did fulfil the definition of the agreement's "AmigaOS 4" term:

Thanks, but I'd rather you also read what you're replying to, as the timeline you presented isn't correct. The Amiga Corp. announcement was published on amiga.com before the "Amiga-news.de article on August 4", proven by the fact that the article mentions the announcement as source both in the article text itself and in the source link (below the article date on the left).
