Yes, one of the two tweets I linked to is a reply to a reply to that.

    > Perhaps he means "former" shareholders and "funded".

Unlikely. He asks for a source for Hermans owning the whole of Hyperion (not being aware that for his readers, he himself is the source for that information as he published it) and states that "Ben Hermans [...] owns more than 90%, but less than 100%" (which has no longer been true since 2021), so Hermans currently not owning the whole of Hyperion due to"Robert Trevor Dickinson, Timothy De Groote and Benny Damsgaard" being in possession of Hyperion shares is what he does mean, obviously. Besides, "a new peak of legal abuse" by former shareholders who funded him wouldn't really make sense.

    I suggest starting:

    Here

Follow all imbedded links to other websites as this is obviously a developing story.

Thanks. Interestingly, everybody is still going on about the 97% (96.88%) ownership. Why is that when the most recent financial filing (the one from 2022 covering 2021) says 100%?

    No idea.

btw-given that nearly a year has passed,I did offer a little review of events for those discussing the recent interview with Camilla Boemann:

    Another one from 2019:
I just stumbled upon this recent translation of an Italian article (published some months ago) that contains a link to a document uploaded in May 2023, which is an August 2019 agreement between Hyperion and Trevor Dickinson as per which Trevor acquired (in source-code form) joint ownership of "all software assets owned or co-owned by HYPERION which are shipped with or incorporated in Amiga OS 4.x" for the sum of 47.500 EUR.
I seem to have missed this until now. Has this before been mentioned or discussed anywhere?

New information is being processed. I suggest looking in the usual place until we can put things in order.

So the document I linked to (as well as the one about ExecSG) is "new" indeed, despite the May 2023 upload date.

    From the article:

"Three new internal documents are made public for the first time: [...] A secret agreement dated December 2010 between Ben Hermans, Robert Trevor Dickinson and the former A-EON financier Anthony Moorley is now also public. [...] publishing these new documents"

This is definitely incorrect, as I read that one already last May on Amiga Documents. The Wayback Machine has proof of that ([377]).

That document from 2018 does not reveal anything substantially new (see your own comments #1354 and #1364) and cannot explain anything that happened afterwards, especially not the increase of Ben Hermans' Hyperion shares from ~97% in 2019 (and 2020) to 100% in 2021 as reported in the Ben Hermans BV 2021 financial report filed in 2022, which everybody including the one who published it in 2022 seems to ignore for whatever reason.

I realize it has been a long time since the early spring reports from the Belgian Court concerning various bankruptcy information.

    We now have some news...

    Thanks. From that news article:

"BHBV [...] has held 97% of the shares in Hyperion since 2019 [...]. [...] the interests of [...] its (other) shareholders [...] must be protected. [...] the other Hyperion shareholders [...] do not want to collect outstanding payments for the time being [...] and are themselves interested in taking over BHBV's Hyperion shares. [...] the Hyperion shares [...], according to [...] the latest available BHBV annual report from 2021 [...], were owned by BHBV."

Unfortunately, this makes me none the wiser regarding this strange Ben Hermans (BV) Hyperion shares transition from 96.88% (?-2020) to 100% (2021-?) to 96.43% (?-today).

This should begin to clarify the shares issue. I have no reason to doubt Costel on this topic. Also, you might find what preceeded and followed this to be of some interest.
