Help with WHDLOpener

I'm hoping someone can assist me. I've been trying to install WHDLOpener and it keeps failing with "can't download WHDLoad_usr_small.lha". Is it looking for a file on the Internet that is no longer where it expects it to be? Is there a way to edit where it is looking. I have the actual file on the Mac Mini G4 that I'm trying to do the install on. Or am I doing something else wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Just download manually "WHDLoad_usr_small.lha" place it in in WHDLoad installer directory. Don't extract it just run installer. You can place all needed components required for installation in the same place if needed.
