With what tools do I create that bootable partition and how?
Just use HDToolbox from your 68k AOS installation and create a partition for MOS. Somewhere there are checkboxes for bootable and automount. Check these on. Also set the bootpri to an appropiate value (b4 your MOS installation runs fine, keep it lower than the 68k system partition, once MOS ran fine I happily set the MOS partition boot pri higher than the 68k partition's pri)

Whenever you're sad just remember the world is 4.543 billion years old and you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie.
