Hi,
since I don't have a CD-ROM drive on my A1200 I recently bought a PCMCIA-CF adapter for my Amiga and I would like to test out MOS PowerUp, but I couldn't find a way how to install it from the flash drive.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

hmm..You have MOS iso on flah drive or hdd??? Simple mount this ISO whit virtualCd and install it!

Well I'm a bit confused as the install instruction are "Create a bootable partition and copy all the files from the CD to it. Now launch a text editor and read the instructions in partition:s/startup-sequence to tweak it to meet your needs. The partition may have a low boot priority - remember to set the
bootdevice option in that case! It is better not to set the MorphOS partition as your default boot partition on the initial install. In order to boot, go to the early startup menu and boot from the MorphOS partition."

With what tools do I create that bootable partition and how?

I'm not sure MorphOS handles PCMCIA on PowerUP. I think a ide 2.5'' -> CF converter would be a better choice here.

As for partitioning, try HDInstTools.
