Are you using the file owb.simplecat?
Right now catalogs are not UTF8 coded.

When you have Turkish keymap selected in the system, system uses ISO-8859-9 codepage. It contains all the characters you've listed.

If you think there are errors in our ISO-8859-9 mapping, please report them. If you choose ISO-8859-1 you won't get the characters you mentioned.

I am guessing that with proper codepage (8859-9) you're actually getting Turkish labels in the tab, url field and the window title, but the font you are using is either installed incorrectly, you did not enable the FreeType Font Codepage switch or the font you are using is simly missing some of the Turkish alphabet characters. I'd suggest you enable the switch and switch to one of the fonts OWB downloaded with its script - they do have your Turkish chars as seen inside OWB.

You can verify if a font has a complete character set for a given ISO-8859 codepage with ViewISO tool.

i think UTF8 turkish character not correct becausa catcomp.pl and flexcate same error.

MorphOS does not support UTF-8 in catalog files yet.

Perhaps a bit of topic, but are there any text editors on MOS that supports saving text files in UTF8?

Like notepad in windows. I have a media player box that only will accept subtitle text files when they are in UTF8, and it annoys me a bit to have to use a windows computer to convert these .srt files.

Enabled yes, but nothing has changed. ISO-8859-1 is currently running more smoothly with the OWB.

How did you install the Verdana font? Perhaps you have forced a codepage to ISO-1 in FTManager?
