    Just a couple of questions that are too small for indiviual threads, I'm sure I've got more, but I've forgoeten at the mo, but anyway...

    When you're copying files from the automatic extraction of a .lha file, it
    tells you that the specific item is a folder, which means you have to click
    okey to keep the thing moving along, is there anyway to stop this only
    slighty irritating feature?

    Is there anyway to have memory always shown on the menubar? I remember a tool
    like the cpuguage, but I can't for the life of me find it...

    Try Statline.

    Yes, Statline could do it but then there is again an external program added! I already asked, if possible, that this is perhaps included as a screenbar module for next MorphOS version which IMHO would be the right thing to do.

    it would be enough to add it to a new ambient release only :)

    I'm sure there used be a little gauage that sat at the top of the menu bar, just like the CPU one, I remember putting the program in the Classes/Gadgets folder...

    Anyway, What's the easiest way to give a folder with no .info? On, err another Amiga type OS, you can press right mouse button Infomation, then Icon then default from the top menu, and it'll give it one.

    The quickest way I found is to create a new folder in ram and copy over the .info onto the little folder icon in the information window.

    I notice the rotating cube doesn't work anymore is, that due to the new 3d layers of 2.2 or am I missing something?

    An odd place to put a program, I don't think that folder is in the default system path.

    What you already did, though any icon should work, no need to create a new folder.

    @xyphoid

    about stream recording, it writes to the file selected in the gui preferences (dump stream to).

    Also note it will only record if cache is enabled.

    @stephen_robinson

    Not exactly sure what you mean about lha extraction, but you can redefine the behaviour as much as you want anyway. Just edit the lha filetype actions in ambient prefs to do whatever you want.

    Yeah! New version is working fine!

    Little question I've always wondered, when you're installing and iWizard Keyboard and there's a little tick box next to Generate codepage "free type codepage", what should I tick it, as I've never quite understood what it means?

    Heck, I thought it's explained well enough. Anyway, this is only useful if you are using Eastern / Center European languages based on ISO-8859-2 and other codepages different than ISO-8859-1 which is the default if you don't enable the function.

    To keep it simple: if you're using English as the language of choice on MorphOS, there is no reason to tick it, if you use languages like Czech, Russian or Polish then you should most definitely enable the function.
