Next year it seems, since they planned to release such a trojan horse game in october 2004. But please don't forget that they don't seem to plan to release it stand-alone as an OS for the Mac - but just as a vehicle for the actual content they want to sell to the Mac-users, like games, etc.

The old Amiga AmSter may work. I haven't tried Amster in years.

Also, Kazaa is a foolish thing to use. SPYware supreme. I suppose I could write some nice spyware to sit on top of AmIRC to automatically dcc things everywhere, but I really don't see why someone would want all of those extra popups...

Amster should still work ( there arte some free napster ports around
). There is a new MOS Port for AMSTER: http://www.vindvejr.dk/~jlaur/amiga/amster/main.html

I would be glad if we have something like emule / edonkey ... but IRC
    is also popular for filesharing.

Thanks for the info PoundSmak. Also, I've learned that on the PC there is a "Kazaa Lite" which doesn't have all the spyware stuff in it.

It'll be a little while before I can use a filesharing program. I ended up scarfing my 6G drive out of my A1200 for the Pegasos :-( Not much room left from..... Well.... MAME stuff ;-)
