    This side is about MorphOS.
But the side looks quite borked on any Amiga/MorphOS web browser.
I wonder if our visitors actually use MorphOS for surfing at all?

P.S. Targhan maybe you can fix the below too?

The login redirects to something like https://morph.zone?12345
There is a "/" missing before the "?" this causes some browsers to
    stumble.

I used MOS/Voyager all the time to view the site. It looked quite okay, only problem seemed to be login being borked...seemingly by a cache bug in V.

I don't, I've to admit (except for downloading software for MorphOS to install).

But once Firefox & Thunderbird would be available for MorphOS and depending on the suitability of FW97 (and/or Papyrus) for daily use under MorphOS, the Pegasos might have a good chance to become my main or at least much more often used computer.

Actually, I became very much used to work with a notebook instead, though... But if we're dreaming here anyway already (Mozilla), I think I might add that one too. ;-)

A high-end notebook running MorphOS natively, with support for Firefox & Thundebird and FinalWriter (i.e. correct colors also for screens > 8 bit) would definitely become my main system. *

(*=depending of the Amiga/MorphOS capabilities/features to create PDFs from the FW97 postscript files)

The biggest problem on amiga browsers are that quotes do not separete from the comments, plus comments don't separate from each other, like they do on modern browsers.

I'd prefer the old style.. at least then the comments were separated by color

same here, i use only amiga browsers to download and install stuff on MorphOS. An i use IBrowse, or Aweb, cause Voyager is the most unstable thing i've ever used.

this is our weakest point innit

I use iBrowse, i think it's the best browser for the Amiga now. I don't use Voyager because it's very buggy.

Oh yeah, I need to put in the different colored lines again ;-)

And, your friendly neighborhood webmaster also uses MorphOS (IBrowse and V3) for browsing, so I'm suffering with the rest of you!!! ;-)

Yes, of course. I surf with IBrowse and V3 only. Aweb installed too but it seems totally unfriendly.
They are more than enough for visiting the vast majority of
Amiga sites (no flash, no java), and pages tend to
be seen as they were meant to be.
After years using Ibrowse, its now under MorphOS when I´ve realized it´ s marvellous internet browser.

I like the features in FireFox, and even IE, but I would not dream of trading off our relative freedom from spyware/adware/virii for those features. Give me poor table layouts, and keep your spyware to yourself please. ;-)

    Hi,
I really enjoy browsing with Voyager, although Aweb was my fav. browser on my Amigas.

What really annoys me is the error-window popping up in Voyager, whenever some java-errors happens.
Can I get rid of this ?

.. nevertheless, I really think that there has to come some "up to date" browser to MOS..
    bye

PS: I wrote JAva-sh** and Morphzone changed this to Java-Flowers ... more intellingence that I thought :-)

I only use voyager on my morphos when I need to d/l files or my wifes stolen the other computer. Other whise I use firefox on linux or windows depending. THe computers are literally right to left of eachother which makes it real easy =). Sometimes ill be playing a game or working on one and surfing the internet on the other. As for aweb I wanted to try it, but it crashes on my machine go figure :(. Its funny because I see alot of complaints about voyager being unstable, but since i figure out what i did wrong with the ppc version of it. I now have the morphos version of voyager installed and it runs just as stable as any of the other web browsers.

Yes I always use MOS and V3 for browsing internet, I think it's fast
    and easy-to-use.
Only for home banking I'm forced to switch to Debian and I use
    Mozilla.

I dropped Voyager in favor of AWeb a while ago.
Since then, I'm happily surfing with AWeb3 (even now!)

    Hi guys
I use IB 2.3 almost exclusively and it works gr8t. MZ is fine and full featured. HOwever, the login is a little bugged even on my x86 box with latest Firefox...

There should e an updated IB before xmas from what I hear which is fantastic news.

I mainly surf on MOS when I'm at home. On most of the sites I visit it is adequate... sadly Voyager and AWeb cannot cope with some sites that are presented witha completely broken layout. If we had a decent/modern browser, I'd be done (for IRC, FTP, e-Mail, File Sharing, ssh I have all I need - well, a GUI for MLDonkey would be appreciated, and an XServer too), but at the moment I can live with it.

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

Well, I mainly use MorphOS and so called amiga browsers to surf. I must say MorphZone doesn't look bad on them, but it could better. ;) Really fine on our browsers looks The Polish Amiga Portal - PPA (unfortunately only in polish), which can be found at: http://www.ppa.pl
It looks almost that same for example on AWeb and on FireFox. And it has skinable interface and many other features that just works. ;) But it's not so easy to achieve something like this, and I know that the solution is not specially prepared sites, but rather a good browser.
