I was only but shocked when I saw that there were being taken legal threats agaisnt the way Christian was running his site, but even more chocked when it was found to be by BBRV himself.

Christian added "This might entail drastic changes to the relative freedom of speech ANN has always allowed its visitors, or ANN might close down altogether."

I never expected such a move *from* BBRV agaisnt Christian, who could be next!? John Shephard.. Wayne Hunt?

Well, after reading the posts and the reply's, I can't say it's really clear what's going on. Let's wait for facts instead of speculation; we don't won't this to become a silly flame-fest, do we?

Please ppl, keep such stuff out of this forum, it such a nice place. Discuss such stuff on ann.lu or moobunny. But this forum is for user help and not for discussion things which under normal circumstances wouldn't be instrumentalized this way.

I strongly disagree. If it is Genesi I'ld like to know *why*. I dont want flame war either but i'm interested *why*.

i agree i dont think any specualtions should be made at this point untill we head from BBRV but i disagree with tokai that we shoud "block" all unplesnet things. and no one wants tokai to leave so please dont. but i think it is by no means out of line to ask a question to BBRV in a morphos forum am i wrong?

Please understand me: Normaly I start the day with thinking about what I can do after I'm done with my work. Maybe pixeling some icons or programming some stuff etc. Then I read all over the place such 'things'. I start to think about it, I start to participate in all the irc talks about it, I read about it in most of the mailing lists, etc. It makes me just tired and end of day I didn't coded one single line neither I pixeld some small icon or done anything else which could be productive. I go to bed and that's all.

In last weeks/months I started to avoid ann.lu, amiga-news.de comments etc. as much as possible, because I'm just damn tired of all this stuff. But actually morph.zone is one of the places I've still enjoyed, because people can find help, useful information and actually some Community feeling here.

But such thread are IMHO contraproductive for this. Hope you can understand my feelings.

with time the truth will be unclouded, but i don't want to spend all my days to think about something which I cannot influence in any way.
It's no fun.

it is done in the sence that BBRV is not going ot say anyhting on the matter as they said in there post....so in baseball if the other team never goes up to bat there is no base ball game it is "done" not anyhting we can do abotu it so might as well leave it alone....mabey they wull say more later if not oh well......i would like to know the full story too but i just stayed up all night writing a term paper (and procrastinating writing a term paper, hence all the mosrphzone posts so close together ) dont care nearly enough at this point to start yelling and screaming.......the story will unravel itself in time......might as well kick back, relax and jsut wait for it.........(god i need sleep)
