in MorphOS, there is tools and utilities drawer.

Maybe it will be better for the user to create hdtools for hdtools and utilities for the others soft...

I believe the rationale behind the naming scheme is that "tools" are applications that can potentially harm your computer or at least break functionality, thus should be used with extra care, whereas "utilities" are not.
