Twenty million lines of code for the kernel?
That is absurd. I have never advocated monolithic kernels.
Should MorphOS branch to a new ISA, retaining a micro kernel core would be one of its great advantages.
Its a shame that no one has the sense to realize what could be done with the basic concepts our developers have laid down.
An investment of a tiny fraction of what it has taken to create today's major OS' would be sufficient to support these guys full time.
And an alternative to the crap ware that everyone keeps lauding COULD be created.
But that isn't likely to happen.
