i've just recently purchased an used pegasos 2, just to introduce myself, im italian, my name is "Stefano" and i was a longtiime amiga lover before buying an x86 pc, now im back on the amy :)

hm now i guess its time for questions.. is there a vnc server for mos? or a 68K one which works fine ?

there are plenty of application to download.

You can find downloadable vids ( a little old of mos 1.3 and peg1 but shows what you can do with mos and peg) Also you can order hardware for your peg from us like SCSI cards, gfx cards,tv cards, ram and more! :-p

The other way around the situation is much better, RDesktop and different VNC clients. Also MOS native.

TwinVNC is a very good VNC client, you should be able to download it here. On the server side you won't find anything interesting i'm afraid.

Seg's brother is working on it. Seg is the one who brought TwinVNC to AmigaOS/MorphOS. As TwinVNC ports are available for OS3, OS4 and MOS I'm sure the server also will support all of them.

Don't mix them up. RDesktop is only useful if you want to connect to a Windows NT Terminal Server. You cannot connect to any other type of service or platform. Especially ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) and RDP (Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol) completely differ although both are called "Remote Desktop". Therefore VNC is much more generic. It doesn't matter what OS the target machine runs as long as it hosts a VNC server.

I guess Hool meant it's better to use a *client* on MOS side and a *server* on the other maschine.
If you got a Winbox use RDesktop, if having another system use some VNC client of which several are available for MOS.

Thanks all for suggestions and tips, indeed TwinVNC works ok, i prefer VNC over Win remote desktop (as i can see current open desktop and for the things Sprocki said), too bad there isnt a nice vnc server :)

What are some good proggies to try on MOS? native ones i prefer :P i dont have much software atm, been playing with sdk mostly :)

Btw, is there a guide or some1 who installed mos and debian at same time in multiboot config?
