I dont even see how anything left could have any value. The patents have to be just about all expired, and if not they will be in two or less years.

Incidentally one of the games - K240 - was my favourite Amiga game ever, and one of the few games that were never ported to MS-DOS. As a game it wouldn't have translated well to mobile (just like all the others AInc were trying to hawk), but could have been turned into a pretty good tablet game with a bit of work (certainly better than its MS-DOS sequel, Fragile Alliance).

And that's the shame. Games released under the Gremlin brand will probably never see the light of day again, whether it be Steam or Origin or any other remix. It adds just another precious relic of the past that the con outfit known as Amiga Inc has defecated on, and will be just one more sip of champagne for the parties when Bill finally goes to prison.

And btw, Hyperion has not only applied for the "AmigaOne" word mark, but also for the "AmigaOS" word mark and the "Boing Ball" picture mark.

For those with short memories, Here you go. Amiga Games Inc was a worthless shell made out of thin air by McBill and sold to penny stock scam artists. MCBill was directly associated with this scam, first listed as an officer, than as a consultant. Either way it was clear to anyone who understood the history of Amiga that the shell was worthless, without any games and without any IP at all. They just used an empty shell to dump untold millions of shares on suckers to buy. Not one single game ever sold under Amiga Games Inc / Writer's Group. The inevitable happened and the stock non-stop cratered through multiple reverse splits and endless dilution. McBill and the "executives" behind Writer's Group cashed out something on stock sales, but "investors" were left holding the bag.

Here's a simple chart to see what happened to the stock price. You don't need to be able to read charts to understand what happened.

Basically after reverse splits the stock when from ~$180 per share at the so called Amiga Games Inc sale, to $0.10 today.

Such a shame that "Amiga" went from a pioneer with such a rich history to an obvious penny stock pump and dump scam. Sigh...
