The system works, but, unfortunately, I do not have a full list of Pegasos Serial Numbers to cross reference to. In other words, incomplete data. This does concern and sadden me, but there is very little I can do to alleviate the situation as it is now. It *IS* now automated, even if in a live-testing mode. I have about 20% of the actual systems sold listed in my data, but who knows? You may have your serial number in that 20%.
