Debian Troubles

    The debian kernel image on zargos doesn't work on my Voodoo 3500 AGP, it just garbles all the text even with video=tdfx parameter passed to it.

    Anyone have any clues, if not I'll just have to wait for the PegXLin ISO to appear on the Superbundle ftp site.

    I had the same trouble and someone sent me a kernel that fixed it. I can send it to you if you like tomorrow, if you like.

    video=tdfx is broken on some x86 system as well. I forget what the particulars of it was. hmmmmm.. you still have vesa2 modes yea? just feed it vga=791 or something like that.
