MorphOS 2.0 is awfully late and no doubt it has lost its small momentum it gained few years back. But then also developers have so little time. We have our jobs, girlfriends, hobbies (other than coding), family and so on. I am MorphOS developer but I am also waiting eagerly that we can get MorphOS 2.0 out.

Sorry to sound harsh, but we all have jobs, girlfriends, hobbies, family etc... the point is life is going dudes and if we had to wait till MOS 1.x become 100% bug free etc... we?ll probably be waiting till today to see any MOS ver. in our machines, we are few users now, RELEASE SOMETHING to the commuty dear devs PLEASE, or will be no community at all for MOS .

I hope and think that the MOS2.0 release is very near.
And that the Devs are hunting down the last bugs but how about that befor hunting for the next "2 more weeks" why don't get a little more buggy release out and then do an 2.01 update some weeks or month later? And everybody would be satisfied.Quote:

It's so typical that they make an announcement like this on April Fools day. They could have made the announcement the day before, or they could have waited until today.

I guess this makes it possible for them to say "Oh you mean that announcement made on April the 1st? Haha", after Q2 has passed without any MorphOS 2.0 release?
