Sorry to post new threads about this history, but I want know if my UP-Grade will be Honored one day.
I'm not asking to have my board today or tomorrow or in the next week. If you tell me I'll have it in the next month, or maybe a bit later, it's not a problem, but I need to know if you will accept this Upgrades from APS !

Sorry, but I dont understand the silnce or "wait an see", or "maybe" or "something of this kind".
I juste understand yes we will do it.
Or No you will not do it.

If you dont accept Upgrades from APS, Which another solution I have to upgarde today.
I'm a betatester 1 and bought my card directly from Thierry at Paris.

Hi Serge, we have said many times we will.

We cannot tell you when OR how yet, but when we can we will!

Added Note:

There are a TOTAL of EIGHT people who have purchased the upgrade online through Genesi and who have not yet received it. IF YOU PAID AND YOU HAVE A PEGASOS I YOU WILL GET A PEGASOS II ! So far, we have discovered that three of these individuals did not even have a Pegasos I !!!

We have also had Resellers pay only the cost of the Pegasos II of 200 Euros claiming they needed them for upgrades and then sell them at full price, PLUS in one case the reseller sold the Pegasos I and did not send the funds to Genesi!

We will upgrade the Pegasos I to the Pegasos II when we have ENOUGH EXTRA production to support the exchange and we are sure that it can be done honestly. For the moment, we have SOLD everything we have made at FULL PRICE and now have orders for all production through JUNE (at full price).

We will make the upgrade offer good, but everyone needs to be patient. Please remember, it is a good will gesture on our part. There is NO COMPANY in the IT world today that would do such a thing for its user community...

If you have paid your money to Genesi and you want it back you can have it plus interest! Just send us an email if you feel this is the best way for you.

Great to the poiny answer Ron! Thanks again for your support to this great community! I hope all of you upgrade people get your boards soon! You have a Pegasos at least now though!! I know of several people that are now going to be waiting for more to me built before then can even get one new!

btw, I guess only on Amiga/MorphOS people can order and wait MONTHS before they get shipped. Look: even delays to have a car are SMALLER !!

Maybe you'll have to change that in order to target other (bigger/real) markets ?

I know a lot of people interested in getting a Pegasos. But unless that change, they won't get one. Sad.

In France most people order their car and get it weeks / months after (mostly no stocks). In the USA most people can go to a store and pick up a brand new car (and even not pay anything for one year). Car dealers have millions of $ in stock.

Yes, it would be great to have stocks, but for that demand should be higher. Without stocks we may lost sales but with big stocks all ressellers would still have plenty of non sold Peg1 april 1 boards ...

Hi Leo, every order Genesi has had was shipped through yesterday. The only people that are waiting are the people who have ordered upgrades *through Genesi* and *have* a Pegasos I for a total of FIVE people. The next production is SOLD OUT already and we have shipped boards to big companies that pay 45 days after receipt.

Do you have a recommendation for us? Would you like to finance a production for us?!

I bought my Peg1 a long time ago at Vesalia/Germany.
I ordered the Peg1->Peg2 upgrade here, too
in November last year...
Will I get it from there?
If the answer is "no" I'll sell my Peg1 and buy the
"Peg2"....

Hi Frostwork, is "here" there (Versalia) or here (PegasosPPC)?

Added Note: all the upgrades that were purchased from PegasosPPC in October, November and December -- except one person on 12/29 and one on 12/30 -- have ALL been delivered. We could not confirm the original purchase of those individuals until later and in fact one was not a valid purchase.

I agree with serge on the firmware for Peg1s lacking features... if bplan has made any improvements to these boards, it would be nice if they were released :)

Peg2 with the latest fixes is great!
