I intended Genesi must create support center at same place of vendors, and if machines couldn't be fixed by some electronic expert guy, it has no importance.
The important is that any vendor should have a direct contact with bPlan for support also, not only for re-sells.
And remember. Pegasos is not only MorphOS. The number of machines sold to Linux users is increasing.
Having ready an organization of support centers, based on the territory as a web, it will increase Pegasos to be choosen into professional environments.
