Neko, just help us non english native speakers. Does that sentence mean that there is some big company which is in the process of agreeing right now? They havn't agreed yet, but are agrreing now (you know, sometimes continous forms are diffucult to understand for non English persons)? Or does the continous form mean they have agreed and still keep their agreement?
If the company had agreed already you better said:
"A big company agreed to resell MorphOS." Or do I mix up some English language details here?
To put the question in in a better form: Have they signed a contract to resell MOS already? (well, don't tell they are signing, signing takes not long, thus you have signed or you have not, but signing itself is just a matter of seconds)
