AROS/68k ROM is. It runs on MorphOS's port of E-UAE too (and ironically on OS4 as well, considering the politicking between OS4 and AROS).
However, it's a bit slow without JIT-compilation (something the PPC JIT bounty should help). Compatibility with classic AmigaOS software is improving, however - and it'll run hardware banging stuff too.
