    Might sound like a silly question, but can I start my Peg2 running MorphOS without my Radeon 9200 attached in the AGP-socket ?

    Due temporary limitation I need to use my machine through VNC and just wonder incase it's possible to skip the gfx-card and still have MOS up and running on the machine ?

    Nope, it cannot run w/o a gfx card.

    I once thought about creating a virtual CGX driver which would work in memory to allow using VNC w/o a real graphics card, so I might be willing to accept a bounty after MorphOS 2.0 is out.

    It precludes it from being used in an embedded device/system.. ?

    That's a good idea, and exactly what I once had in mind as a proposal.
    I think that MorphOS can be put to good user in the server space. One immediate asset that it would have is that, being such a strange operating system, is much less prone to attacks...
    Jokes aside, perhaps MorphOS can't be better than any regular Linux, because the services it might run (Apache, MySQL, for example) are programs for Linux, and a "simple" (ahem) MorphOS port can't make them any better.
    Would it have any advantage running them in MorphOS? Only an hypothesis, of course.

    We are building a new bounty-system on the german pegasosforum.
    (www.pegasosforum.de --> FORUM --> Bounty Bay)
    Until now it's under constrcution, but we look forward to launch
    it in the next 2-3 weeks.
    Then, the important "threads" will be available in english too!
    The listed bounties are suggestions for now, there will be a procedure (?) -
    because for the beginning we start only with about 5 of them.
    Off course self-bounties will be possible...
