No, I don't use ScanQuix. ScanQuix don't suport my scanner.
I use betascan driver. I think my fxScan and Poseidon settings are common:
There are my fxScan settings:
Driversystem: BetaScan
Scannerdriver: fxscan:scanners/EpsonUSB.device
Device: usbraw.device (without any path)
in Unit list all items looks like this: 00:No device
First unit 0 is selected.
I use the the MorphOS and IOUSB problem solution from IOSpirit homrpage FAQ:
---------------------------
4. I have problems to use my EPSON Scanner under MorphOS on Pegasos.
Right now the iousbscanner.device is (not yet) compatible to MorphOS. However, Poseidon now features a replacement for iousbscannder.device: the rawwrap.class.
Choose "usbraw.device", Unit 0 in fxSCAN as "Device". Now attach the rawwrap.class to your scanner and configure it accordingly. Follow these steps to get there:
In Trident, click on "Classes", then on "rawwrap.class", then on "Configure". There, under "Global", activate the Option "Bind to Vendor/Unknown Interfaces". Now go to the second tab "Default Interface" and select/enter these values:
Default usbraw.device Unit: 0
Exclusive access: Yes
Out NAK Timeout: 20000ms
In NAK Timeout: 20000ms
In Buffer Mode: No buffering
Buffer Size: 36 KB
Short Reads Terminate: Yes
Now click on "Use as Default" and select "Devices" on the left. There, click on your scanner and click on "Class Scan". Now close Trident by clicking on "Save".
------------------------------
Everything went OK during instalation and configuration fxScan, Updates and at all. So, I have no idea why I can scan once a run and when I want to scan again I must restart fxScan.

I miss draggable screens... and do you? I know I'm in a minority unfortunately.
