In the US their are many dealers that stock the ATI 9200se as the lowend card, 9600 as mid-range and 9800 as the highend, now the cards come from different manufactures, but these are all available.

The inavailability may be due to your local dealers preference or the demand they have... and of course they want you to buy the higher priced models
