    Check out my latest grab! I am using the icon set called Kens Icons from OS4 depot. They work well with morphOS and look fantastic.

    Why wouldn't they work with MorphOS.. they are normal newicons afais? :)

    No -- they have a 256 color palette.

    They only work with 3.x if you have the PowerIcons patch -- so I wasn't sure if MorphOS could display them without any "patches".

    BTW -- Acill's Butterflies.

    Hmm.. I thought Newicons had 256-color palettesupport since the beginning. The default icons with Newicons came as 32 colors though.

    NewIcons is SUPPOSED to have 256 color icon support -- however, they don't seem to display correctly (hence the need for the PowerIcons patch) -- or maybe it's just the 3.5/3.9 implementation that needs the patch.

    As you pointed out -- the standard NewIcons "icons" used a 32 color palette -- I was pointing out that MY icons have a 256 color palette.
