Interesting that there is a more or less steady upwards trend not only for the past 5 years, not it also seems to get steeper with every HW added.

I hope 3.3 will get more registrations as I have a feeling that some people are waiting with registering for some G5 fixes.

I wish more people were coming to the party, but at least we have this steady reliable increase.

MorphOS is getting really, really good. It has most of what I loved about the old Amiga. My MDD system is rock solid stable. I also don't want to be forced to tinker to get things working anymore and you usually don't have to.

Great work guys! I an very happy to be on this side of the fence :-)

I'm one of them. I'm also skint so I'm saving up the licence fee so 3.4 will probably be out by then. Lol

Is there any way to see individual users?
the graph is bound to go up when more hardware is added, but that could easily be existing users registering new hardware and no longer using the old

    @mmace

Sure it only can go up, but...

... if it was only old users registering new HW the curve would get flatter not steeper over time.

Don"t count me please in your statistic, I don't use MorphOS, but I paid for

As this counter is not about the number of users but about the number of paid licenses, there's no reason to not count the 3 licenses you paid for.

Well, if you prefer AOS 4 instead then it's a valid argument. I tried it, but prefer MorphOS :-)

Would you use your Powerbook if you got help? I don't know what's wrong myself and some things are due to hardware being broken. But if it can be fixed, someone here should know how.

The statistics is for number of licenses, not active users, so your entries should surely be there. Personally I have licenses for a Pegasos 2 and a Mac Mini. I never use the Pegasos, but it's two licenses none the less!

You paid for three licenses even though it didn't work on your hardware?

I find that very hard to believe.

Not sure why you are here on a MorphOS news & forum site, if you are no longer interested in using MorphOS, unless you are unhappy about us celebrating passing the 2,000 licenses sold by the Dev. Team and wish to "rain on our parade", as the saying goes. But two years is a long time and there have been many improvements made during that time, so maybe you should turn on one of your MorphOS compatible systems and try out the latest version.

I can understand why some people prefer one operating system over another, so if you prefer AmigaOS4.x, instead of MorphOS3.2, that is fine with me. Each to your own, live and let live and all that kind of sentiments, but I don't understand why some people feel the need to discourage, or say things that shine a bad light on someone's different choice (if that is what you are trying to do).

I use both MorphOS3.2 and AmigaOS4.1.6 and like both of them, but prefer the advantages that MorphOS3.2 currently has. I think you should give it a second look and see how well Odyssey works for web browsing, plus the many other things that are great about MorphOS3.2.
