Given how much work was put into the documentation alone, it absolutely is not. (The price is 49 EUR for anybody else reading this.)

Okay it seems to be a fair price.
Is anybody else here using amiblitz ?

I like C very much but for Multimedia Programming Hollywood seems to be perfect.

Yes i know that Hollywood is an Basic Like Programming language with large usage for building Multimedia Applications.

I Programmed 2 Games with Amiblitz3 and 3 tools for morphos in C with MUI.

I testes MuiBuilder and it works in most cases but it is not ideal for my intention.

Hollywood is rather Lua than Basic. The language itself is based on Lua and the syntax is pretty close, but a few things are changed (IMHO made easier, more intuitive). But its so close, I use the book "Programmieren in Lua" (3rd edition) from the open source press as a reference for Hollywood, too.
Additionally there is a very nice forum with great support by other Hollywood users and the Hollywood author Andreas Falkenhahn.

I do have a classeditor for MUI that generates C code (and can read it back in) which in the long run might turn into some sort of GUIbuilder.

That might happen anytime between 2019 and 2091.......

    No.

If you consider Hollywood to be too expensive, you could try FreePascal, which is free.

    Speaking of which.
If you use Cubic IDE, I have just uploaded this plugin to Aminet:
