Info bubble in OWB ?

    Actually, mouse over behaviour varies between browsers and browser settings. It is not a good idea to assume there is a standard behaviour.

    If you want to ensure that certain information is displayed when you hover the mouse pointer or long touch your finger (tablets / touch laptops) in certain places, you can implement this using either plain CSS or with a bit of Javascript. This will also allow you to style the information any way you like and perfectly integrate it into the rest of your web site or web application...

    Do you mean bubble-help? Take a look at OWB-Settings-MUI-Help. -> activates bubble-help for OWB-functions.
    Does naturaly not work for content of displayed web-site...
