    To return significant values, memtest must be used with its "disable" argument:

    note: test "memtest disable" is working with 2 modules of 512Mb, while memtest not completed if there are 3 or 4 modules of 512Mb, also coping something for exemple from HD to RAM: It's possibile only to 1280Mb of RAM.
    I hope It will be fix soon this problem :-)

    I have a question - how long should the memtest take? Memory usage sits on 98.9% for a long time, I feel as if it is stuck... I have 4 x 512MB sticks (I realise MOS can only utilise 1.5GB).

    Unfortunately after running owb 1.11 in the background I ran the memtest and it crashed by machine! so i'll post later. I do notice that pmac kills peg2 in mem speed!

    I did the test with my spare Quicksilver G4 800 that I overclocked to 933Mhz ... cpu speed is nice but memory speed is really disappointing. Can someone else with a Powermac Quiksilver 2002 with 800Mhz G4 post his benchmark.

    Ran tests on a similar processor (a 733Mhz overclocked to 933Mhz). installed on a Quicksilver Powermac.
    I got similar (disappointing) memory figures.

    I forgot to test before I overclocked, so I don't know this is because it's overclocked or because some other reason. Anyway I sold it last weekend. Now I have an MDD with a broken psu on the way .... No idea what cpu is in it.
