I was wondering if anyone has gotten a touch screen to work on their Peg. I have an idea of something that would be neat to do, but I would want to do it with a touch screen. :-)

i'm not an expert, but for a job (which never happened :-( ) i researched this. the cheapest solution is to get a thing (screen) that fits over the monitor. you need a driver for it.

after that you just make a simple html page. the links will work the same as using a mouse.

so, the trick is to get/make this driver. time to check what linux has.

Well, I think that if you find a kinda thin transparent screen that would fit in front of your monitor that has a USB connector, I guess then it could almost be automatically mounted in Poseidon ...

    Hi there

unsure if it works but a lcd touch screen is not much more expensive than a standard lcd.

I have some ideas for their use as well. :-D

Well, that things on that page "How Does a Touchscreen Work?" is what I wondered about. Didn't know it was existing for USB.

Would it work under MOS with Poseidon?

If it works like a USB mouse then chances are good that it works with
MorphOS. Try and tell us :)
