Apple Cinema Display - display resolutions

    Hi,
    is there a way to create and display ANY other mode than that which is native for particular ACD? - 1680x1050 for 20" model and 1920x1080 for 23" one? Anything I'm trying to set fails or displays mess on the screen. :-(

    Short answer: no.
    Longer answer: The MorphOS Team member responsible for the 2D drivers told another user (#25, German, beware) that the required scaling could be handled directly by the Radeon hardware like done on the PowerBooks. To implement such driver feature he needs (access to) an ACD, though.

    Ah if that is the winner formula I should loan my Nemo board
    to MOS Nautilus submarine long time ago :D

    Hope it will work out. I believe they should do stand driver too :D

    I kinda missed cyfm asking about getting his hands on such displays...

    If he wants to tackle that issue I could lend him a 15" (1024x768) and 22" (1600x1024).
    These would be the older acrylic 3 feet screens.
