Excuse me in advance if this does not make sense and is me seeing ghosts. And sorry for rising what is basically a AmigaOS issue.

I have had a WD 1TB HD that I have used for a MorphOS install on one of my X5000's (MorphOS registred on the other machine). I have now moved the drive to my AmigaOS machine. However for some reason I can not use the new NGFileSystem on the disk. FFS and SFS works fine.

In short I deleted the MorphOS install by rereading and installing the HD in AmigaOS. And then created new partitions. FFS and SFS creates and shows up fine. I can also create NGFileSystem partitions but when I reboot they do not show up.

I know that this is not a AmigaOS/NGFileSystem support site

However, I seem to remember that MorphOS makes som very lowlevel alterations on the HD's it is installed on.

So basically my question is if there maybe is something left from the MorphOS install that is causing my question in AmigaOS?
