You can do it in "Monitors" preferences.

Edit your monitor and, in the second tab, you can adjust brightness, gamma and contrast ;)

I think he meant adjusting the backlight level. That is not currently possible on MorphOS. Adjust it on OSX, reboot and it should keep it.
