bbrv I have a friend here in the US that would love one. He is wanting to do some stuff for us, but doesnt want to buy a new board to toy with for the price of them. if you can send me one to give him please PM or Email me. he would love it. I would need to teach him to use it here, but thats easy.

removed by Kronos, no need to repeat tht nonsense

Wow, whats with the attacks on me these days? I've done nothing but promote the system on my off time. I've got several people to buy systems, I spent my time going to Amiwest on my time to show the system off to get even more interest in it. Why would I want to get a Pegasos I board like that while having a Pegasos II? If you have seen all the linux and Mac user group meeting I have taken my system to to gain interest you would be surprised. As we all know these phreeboards are on loan to developers. When they no longer want to use them they all go up to the next in line wanting to do some good with them. This will be just like that. If its not used I wil get it back and offer it like everyone else does.

Please show some respect, I have done nothing to be called stupid on a public forum.

A while back there was an amiga COBOL compiler in the works (was a beta-tester for it back in the day), NRCobol. If we could locate the author, maybe it could be ported? (/me does cobol too).

With a second board freed up, maybe someone should try again to contact Alfie?

[P.S.: I would like to see a Dreamcast Emulator as well. I'm sorry to disagree with whoever is against it, but the games are no longer available. It's no more piracy than UAE or MAME.]

Then send one to the people of chanka, there are vaious developers on it, so the Pegasos must be given to one that can be interested on port it. The chanka team has other project named "skaletracker"...

I think that we need first a good 3D support, including OpenGL 2.0 support...

I guess it would be nice to see a DC emulator the more I think about it, but as i said before it real hard to get the games from original to a CD-R. I know how to do it using a swap trick with fake TOC disk and only a few drives will work. You basicly open the drive up ( unscrew the cover type opening up) so the CD is exposed and take it out and replace the fake TOC CD with the GD-ROM game without the computer knowing it was done. The other way using a coders cable takes a full day. The open source stuff and the free apps and games people make are great though. We do need better 3D support before we can even think of something like this though, but I think its comming.

I'd like to see PowerVR supported on the Pegasos. Its one of the few graphics engines that can be fully supported on Pegasos, without the hassle found by working on NVidia or ATI. :-D

    :-(

Bad news. My new old board appears to be broken. Maybe it was rotting too long in a closet, I don't know... Looks like I have to keep my old board then :-(

Tried to connect something to catch the debug-output ?

My April1-board strictly refused to say a beep till I did, afterwards it booted regardless of serial link or not.

I know it sounds like voodoo, but how do they say " the one that heals is right"
