Just a couple of weeks ago, ScummVm reached 2.0 version which added a whole lot of 23 new games in its support list! Some of the titles are: Phantasmagoria I & II, GK: The Beast WithIn, Lighthouse: The Dark being, Larry 6 Hi-Res, Larry 7 and many more starting from middle '90s and onwards.

Can we hope that this new major version will be eventually ported to MorphOS as well? Or will it need new tools that first have to be ported as well, thus decreasing the chances?

the first thing to DO is fix FS backend for morphos, i found a old version on scummvm github.

yes i use amigaos4 as tempale but i found old code : https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/tree/77d50433be9ca21dde3d62ecbe7c6e0bebc341ac/backends/morphos

i check for library (libmad, libogg etc..) if i can use it.
