    i downloaded the game from two abandonware sources, copied the data folder over, but on launching it fails to find the file ealogo.cin, i suspect i need the full iso to aquire this file, if anyone has a working link to the full game download please share it :)

    EDIT: found the iso, has a completely different directory structure than before, copying files over, will report back after testing :)

    Using the archive that stekos provided it still fails to load, I get this message:

    Quote:

    game.initLevelData 0
    WARNING: Game::setupInventoryObjects() missing inventory object index 2!
    stub.state 0
    cutscene.load 47

    Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

    EDIT: Ok so I closed the console window and the game then runs properly. The game runs super fast, really smooth framerate and looks good too!

    Thanks for this port Stefkos!
    Though is really "dirt and quick". In fact there are some bugs and crashes here and there.
    Going on playing and eventually report them.

    Hi, here's my feedback:

    I downloaded the game data files from your link and copied inside the executable. When I double click "Fade2Black" I get the following console output:

    game.initLevelData 0

    If I wait while it loads the data files from my HD (roughly 20 secs), the game starts (EA/DSI/Intro splash cinematic etc) and the console output adds:

    WARNING: Game::setupInventoryObjects() missing inventory object index 2!
    stub.state 0
    cutscene.load 47

    When ingame I get the following console message in infite loop:

    WARNING: Game::addSceneObjectToList() cameraObject not visible!

    Finally, if I select the application to run in fullscreen, then the game screen goes to lower left corner while the rest remains black.

    (Note that I get a similar behaviour on ScummVM whereas game's output covers only upper left corner and in some demos as well i.e. Hugi issue 37).

    Regarding perfomarce I get mixed behaviour: i close areas the game runs perfectly fine and fast (surely more than 40 fps) but when facing the first enemy I get down to 5-10 fps (meaning, it's unplayable).

    My system is: MorphOS 3.3. with latest PackUltimate (& updated via Grunch) + PowerSDL v.16b on a PMAC 3.1@1.6Ghz, 1.5GB Ram, 9800XT Mac Edition.

    Regards,

    I can remove this kind of warnings.

    >When ingame I get the following console message in infite loop:

    >WARNING: Game::addSceneObjectToList() cameraObject not visible!

    I can remove this kind of messages too, but I'm not sure If I can handle and fix all bugs.
    Thats why I just put information about this game on this forum not in news.
    Maybe 1.0 will be playable, but who knows if author still work on it.

    assume its MorphOS issue.

    Will try to figure out where problem is
