I want to share something with you.
This week I have been selling stuff inside the EU. 1 Person complained that his bank was charging hin around 23 euro.
I looked it up in my bank and guess, .. is cost for private persons € 0,00 within the EU.
The law about this is EC 2560/2001. Just type in "EC 2560/2001" in google and you can see

"This price regulation applies the principle of equal charges for electronic payment transactions, whether they are within-
border or cross-border "

For privat persons the money transfer between EU countries must be the same as inside a country of the EU.

So you can transfer money to a seller and it won't cost you nothing less or more than in your own country.
Bank who tell otherwise are not correct!

So no need fo paypal

Banco Santander charges you 22€ for a transfer inside the EU.
I complained a lot but I didn't get my money back... and that's the minimum they charge. I bought a Concierto module for my PicassoIV for around 60€ and that was what I had to pay to the bank to make the transfer.

Recently I have bought a Prometheus using paypal and I still have to check how much these bunch of robbers have charged me.
