Now that my Mini is arriving, and awaiting to have some cash to buy a mos license, could anyone point me to a linux distribution (I have to deal with 512mb) that works well in my 1.5 mac mini?

Can't say how well Linux will work on your system, but THIS post links to a couple of PPC Linux distros.

Claudio ti do un solo consiglio: non essere frettoloso e non portarti a casa un mini con 32mb di videoram, punta SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE sul modello da 1,5GHz con 64MB di videoram!

Il mini l'ho "fritto" durante una delle mie sessioni di hacking
Poco male, mi sono divertito un casino a moddare quella belva ma ora vorrei qualcosa dalle dimensioni più umane per piazzarlo vicino allo stereo, anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte
Dici che è meglio che mi orienti su un silent upgrade?
Perchè volendo avrei trovato in giro un g4 1.25 a 90 euro che mi attira... Se solo l'altro non si fosse sfasciato dalla Polonia..

Esatto... ha fatto una bella fumera la mobo x cui non so se anche la CPU sia danneggiata e non ho granchè voglia di indagare e spendere altri $ sull'MDD a questo punto.

Ok,so bored hunting for a decent mini (no yellowed, silent, etc) I have at the end of the story found another very nice MDD this dime DUAL 1.25 at a very reasonable price here in Italy.
Stay tuned because I'll need some help in the next weeks because I'm very busy with my new children born Sunday 1st of July!
I have two toys now to play with!
He'll be surely a new MorphOS fan!

Ok, now my dual MDD 1.25 is up and running and I wolud like to thank very very much morphos team for the very easy and fast license transfer from my old single G4.
