Well, I just got my hands on Hollywood 1.5 + Malibu and I'm in the middle of just getting it set up enough that I can play all of the examples. (Figure it would be smart to start that way, so that I don't get in the middle of doing something and wonder why it's not working.)

It relies heavily on Datatypes to get going and I'm just having loads of troubles in particular with IFF Anims. (there is another problem with sound, but it doesn't seem to be datatype related as I can play them fine in multiview.)

Anyway. I tried copying the animation.datatype, anim.datatype and devs' anim files over from my 3.9 installation along with "realtime.library". When I try and open an anim via multiview it says "Not enough memory available".

I go to aminet and grab: animation4106.lha and ›animdtc0112.lha and install them. Now multiview just exits without doing anything.

    Any clues?
