    Mitya,

You must be trying to access the ftp. Please use http://superbundle.pegasosppc.com instead. The ftp server has been removed from service permanantly.

    @ Targhan,

Isn't it possible to add another drop-down gadget which includes a list of (most) resellers which you can select and that gets copied automatically to the right textgadget - minimizing typos/incorrect spelling?
(I hope this might be possible with the Javascript supported also by the Amiga-Browsers).

    Another question:
What should one enter who got his Pegasos from a private person?

    Hi all

I have been sending emails to Genesi support etc. over the past few days, trying to obtain a login and password for superbundle access.

I bought my Pegasos II directly from Genesi (USA I think, but I kept in touch with the France-based office too at the time).

I also bought the four disk Superbundle at the same time.

I haven't used my Peg for quite a while, but I now want to get the newer stuff that has appeared since I've been absent.

I've so far had no reply about this, I provided my order number, customer number, and despatch details in my last email. The only thing I haven't yet done is taken my Peg apart and emailed the serial number on the board (I don't really want to do that unless it becomes essential, obviously).

Can anyone here assist me in getting some kind of response? Sorry to be a pain - but I don't know what else to do.

I am registered on the Morphos main site and can log in for a list of superbundle downloads (no links are active except MDC)... but I have no login of password for the download site itself (I have a link to it from the beta2 mailing lists).

    Thanks
    Mark

    Right, all done.

Now, how long should I give it before the email is sent?

(Sigh, twiddle me thumbs again.. over a week of trying to get this info, one way or another... I only want to try AmiAtlas on my application-hungry Peg :-( By the way, completely off subject, for those who are interested, Zeta RC3 is fab! Much improved over previous versions. Now, if only I could run it on my Pegasos...)

    @Mitya:

    That isn't too promising...

I was already advised to send to that email address earlier in the week (support-ml@morphos.net).

I sent an email. I heard nothing. Maybe I should try again, now I've ripped my poor Peg apart and got its serial number...?

Oh well, let's hope you have better luck. Keep us posted.

    Thanks, but you misunderstand.

I had already registered via the pegasosppc web site, which provided me with no means to access the superbundle http site, so I contacted support (as mentioned in the article you referred to).

Support then auto-emailed me, telling me to send a mail to the address given above ( support-ml@morphos.net).

I then tried the link given bu jupp3 above, which provides a registration form. I completed this twice, in fact, to make sure I used the correct details (and purchase date).

Also, the second link you sent is surely out of date now. There has been news since to say the process is now re-activated?

Nevertheless, I have not (yet) contacted sbadmin@pegasosppc.com as mentioned in the article you sent. The registration form said to conctact that address only if I received a warning from registering (I did not).

So I will now try this address. I will also attempt to re-register at www.pegasosppc.com, just in case my old registration is no good.

It seems all in all that this superbundle process has some teething issues...

    @leonifan

send me a PM with your pegasos serial number, and I'll try to straighten it out for you. the sbadmin address is currently hosed a bit (loooong story), and it's just plain easier to PM me right now.

    Oh no!

Please, if this forum lets you, edit your post and remove your serial number!!!

Targhan will take a Private Message for it, and then it won't be open to the world...

You've spent all that cash, don't give it away!

(And if the forum doesn't allow editing, please webmaster(s), help Mitya and remove it instead)

Given how hard it's been for us to get access to the superbundle site, it would be terrible if this was hijacked...!
