According to Raquel Velasco and Bill Buck, the Application Development Team is forming much like the Game Development Team through Phoenix.

As seen in the Comments on MorphOS-News.de, Felix Schwarz has agreed to serve as chairman of the group.

Congradulations to Felix, Phoenix, and the new development teams!
