Elena Novaretti, has created a large collection of backgrounds for MorphOS users. This wonderful collection is available from MorphZone's Elena Backgrounds Gallery. With over 100* different backgrounds, we are confident that there is something for everyone. The staff and administration of MorphZone is grateful to Elena, Elena-Fractals.it, and to Genesi for permission to redistribute these images!
All pictures in the Elena Backgrounds Gallery are (c)2003 Elena Novaretti <www.elena-fractals.it>, and are used with permission. The images may not be redistributed without permission of Elena Novaretti. Fractals were created using ZoneXplorer on the Pegasos. The MorphZone logo "overimposed" images are (c)2003 by MorphZone.org, and may not be used without permission.
Those badges are the work of Kermit Woodall. I'm sure he appreciates the kind words! I put the badges on the images using AutoFX from ImageFX version 4.x. There will be a few more "logos" provided by internal sources for the other images, so stay tuned
Hats off to Elena again, she has made quite a collection!
Nice... This is a long way from my first experience with fractal generation. I remember making basic color fractals, ( which no one would ever compare with these )... 36 hours on a 386... in Dos I don't miss those days. Thanks...
The fractals are really great! The logo is really great and looks interesting too and I really don't want to say anything bad, BUT (yep it's a big 'but'! ) it does not fit together IMHO. But (another 'but' ) I have luck and it does not matter for me because my screen is just 1024x768 and I don't see the logo.
Actually, guys, that is what is taking so long to get more up. I like the logos, and wanted to use them, but I realize that everyone has different tastes. The next set will use different logos.
the link to the gallery doesn't seem to be working. i get a blank page. if it's being added to and all that, ok. but i told others to look at these pics and they all reported back that they couldn't get it.
i don't mind waiting.... these beauties are worth the wait!

There is a bug in the Gallery engine when used with Xoops, when you get the blank page--simply hit refresh. I've checked with other webmasters using this duo, and they also have this bug.
Basically, I've come to a crossroads with this gallery thing. I can spean a LOT of time fixing it, or I can replace the gallery with something like Amiga.org uses. If I replace it with one like Amiga.org's, then I have to find out what is wrong with my installation of gdlibrary on this server. (Basically, it's headache or headache!)
