Pegasos at the italian show Pianeta Amiga
As probably already known by the italians amigans/morphosers, Saturday the 20th and Sunday 21st of September the seventh edition of "Pianeta Amiga", an event dedicated to Amiga in all its forms and in general to alternative computing, will be held in Empoli. It is very likely that the star of this edition will be our platform, which has been selected by its users as the proper successor to the Amiga: the Paegasos/MorphOS platform! For this very reason I'd like to repeat my invitation to come and meet us at the stand me and Elena Novaretti are organizing, where everyone will have the possibility to try and touch the Pegasos. Hopefully this way we'll be able to convince some Amiga Inc. fan (still convinced that the Pegasos is a strange alien completely Amiga unrelated) that this is a platform to keep in mind for our future, even more so if our past has been with the Amiga.
Obviously, during the show, we won't show only MorphOS in action, but Linux and MacOnLinux as well. A couple of Pegasos working in an "anomalous" configuration will be there, but I don't want to unveil anything yet, just come and see...
Moreover Genesi is happy to send us two of its representatives for the event, and they won't miss the opportunity to bring along a couple of other machines, as well as posters and various gadgets.
At the end I can only say: you can't miss it!
At least it will be an occasion to gather togheter amigans and MorphOS users and spend a couple of days togheter sharing ideas and impressions on this platform, which is really growing up nicely...
