DJ Nick donated 5 ideas for OS themes,
but no one has so far converted it to a AmigaOS, AROS, MorphOS theme

How hard is that to do for MOS?

yes. it is possible. in fact i find it *much* easier to make themes for MOS than for AOS4. MUI4 exposes tons of GUI elements to play with without having to dig into text files.

check with klesterjr. he even developed an excellent AOS4-theme for MOS that i'd love to see released one of these days.

Just to add that there has already an OS4 theme been released for MorphOS, by another author:

Nice. Since currently neither DJ Nick or I cannot run MOS, can someone do it?

And having watched their themes, and it impracticality to implement on the os(he only provides the images), i don't see how could it be interesting for MorphOS.

Well as gfx designer he can do more if coupled with someone willing to do rest of what is needed for themes.

Surely its idea, beginning and can be improved.

Replace BoingBalls with Butterflies for convenience.

As seen on AmigaLook, DJ Nicks Crystal theme for OS4 is not bad at all.

Sorry but you will have to use the supplied skins as a reference. I don't really have the time to document everything there.

    Hi
very few posts here, despite I have a registered mos machine, I' m more os4 side, however I developped with Hollywood a tool (themeedit) mainly intended for os4 users but working on aros and mos too. Recently I lost a bit motivation in proceeding with this project. But this could be a good opportunity for me to complete the upcoming new version and release it for mos as well.
It will be able to read and save themes for any of the 3 os's. It is definitely a wip, while I'm understanding the different behaviours I developp the program and I found the mos theme the most complicated!. The actual mos support is then limited, but the target of this program is to drive the user on the different steps for making a theme by showing the theme and the effects of the changes done on the graphics items. Concerning cross saving between the 3 standards(not yet implemented) I have some ethics doubts. Is it worth to give the possibility to read and convert the work of someother else?
If there is some iterest on this side of the Amiga world I will upload my work to have some feedback, but this will be not earlier than one two months.

Apparently, his FourOne theme has been downloadable since October 2013 at the latest:

    Edit: also available from there

    @Andreas_Wolf

thanks, but that's only the window decoration part of the overall theme. it doesn't contain the updated reaction-like MUI presets. you can see a screenshot of the full theme here and here.
